Front opening with button and comfortable elastic waistband. Only sign of recognition, the two discrete, embroidered RD eyelets.

Close fit. Go for your usual size for a tapered fit. Go up a size for a looser fit.
The model measures 182cm (6′) and wears a size M for a tapered fit.
